The View from the edge

One of the great things of hiking in the mountains is that you never know when you’re going to come across a clearing with an amazing view, but one thing is for certain, you can always be sure there will be one. We were on our way to Jogni Falls via Goshal village, taking the offbeat but scenic narrow, winding path through the forest and apple orchards, when we came upon this clearing. The path got a little steep leading us to the view that you see, before winding to lead back to the forest. It provided us with a needed break from the walk and an amazing view of the mountains, the valley and the town of Manali.

A walk through such scenic places makes you forget your fatigue and leaves you in awe of how beautiful nature can be.
